We have had a great final week, finishing off this Term’s Topics and enjoying a variety of special days.
On Monday Y1 had a visit from the Bee keepers who talked to all of us about the important job that Bees do pollenating all the flowers, to ensure crops grow and we all have enough to eat – all that responsibility and making delicious honey! It’s clearly very important we take care of them.
On Wednesday Foundation Stage held their Fantasy Day: and what a lot of Super Heroes we had! I particularly enjoyed Miss Holland’s green wig!
Today THE BIG SING are back working with Y2. It is fantastic listening to the children singing such joyeous and motivational songs.
All week ‘Take Pride’ sports partnership have been in school working with children in Foundation Stage and Y1; teaching the children all kinds of different sports and games. My particular favourite was watching Elephants Class playing Golf!!
I think we can safely say that we are all ready for a break. So I will just finish by wishing you all a relaxing and enjoyable break and we will see you all back on Monday 11th June.
