Where is the Summer? It’s been a pretty grim week weather wise I must say, especially for the time of year.
We have, however, tried to ensure that the fun has continued inside. I have been particularly entertained by Year 1’s scientific poo experiment to find out whether the animals were herbivores, carnivores or omnivores (it’s amazing what you can do with brown playdoh!). The children have enjoyed it so much and the amount of research and thinking skills have been fantastic!
Whales had their class Assembly yesterday; it was great to see so many parents there to watch.
Today Foundation Stage are very active doing multi-skills with the Take Pride coach. It’s so lovely seeing how much more confident they are now, than at the beginning of the Academic year.
Finally yesterday Y2 had the first of their sessions with The Big Sing coach. We really hope that you are able to join the end of year concert in July; it is such an incredible experience and wonderful to see the joy on the children’s faces.
