Despite the changeable weather we have had a great week in school.
The Foundation Stage children are now full-time and this week enjoyed a lunch with their parents. We have had lots of feedback; thank you to those of you who took the time to let us know how you found the experience.
The children in Years 1 & 2 have been busy doing Science experiments. In Year 1 investigating waterproof materials to make Teddy an umbrella and in Y2 making porridge. The children I spoke to were really excited to tell me about their findings.
Last night the PTA held a very successful AGM and it was really positive to see so many of our new parents, coming along to join. This morning the PTA are very busy hosting the McMillan cake sale. Mr Bernard and I have been over already to buy cakes for the staff, and it was very busy with people coming and going. Thank you to everyone involved, particularly those who have contributed cakes, they look amazing.
